• Course Description

    Government will be a semester long survey course which will start with a comparative analysis of different governmental and economic models.  In addition students will explore the U.S. Constitution and the principles that have allowed it to adapt and remain effective. Understanding the many different issues that separate the two major political parties and the importance of minor parties will be another emphasis.  Government will conclude with a study of each of the three branches of the government.
