• Annual Requirements of All Manhattan Public Schools Students


    Current Student Enrollment

    Current Resident Enrollment is for students who were enrolled in the previous school year. Below are the details for updating and getting your students enrolled for the upcoming school year.
    • An email prompt will be sent from Infinite Campus to parents/guardians of all Manhattan Public School students, asking them to log in to their accounts and update the necessary information.
    • Another key step for the 2024-2025 school year is that all families will need to verify student demographic data. That is, we need to verify the physical addresses of current and incoming students.
    • At this time, the Bus-Service Sign-up Form is INACTIVE. Details are being updated and will be found here later this summer.    


    New Student Enrollment

    New Student Enrollment is for all new students enrolling as full-time, part-time, or extra-curricular students. This includes Kindergarten, Out of District, and Students moving into the Manhattan School District. They must complete the two steps of completing the online registration and sending needed documents by email (lgrevious@mhstigers,org), fax (406-284-3104), or delivery to school. See details below. 
    1. Complete the Online Registration.
    2. Collect and send the following to the registrar, Lisa Grevious. 
      1. Birth Certificate - A copy (both photocopy or image are fine) of your child’s CERTIFIED Birth Certificate issued by the state of birth.  A birth record/acknowledgment given by a hospital is not accepted.
      2. Immunizations Records - A copy of your child's most up-to-date, COMPLETE Immunization Record.  Students must have any missing immunizations completed before the first day of school. A reminder for all incoming 7th graders is that the student must have T-dap Immunization Booster.
      3. Proof of Residency - Documents accepted for Proof of Residency - Current Utility Bill, Mortgage or Lease agreement/payment receipt. Note that the student and legal guardian must live at this address.
      4. Legal Court Documents - Please provide any legal documents you have for your student, such as Parenting Plans, DPPHS documents regarding placement/custody/guardianship,etc… 

    Online Registrations and documents MUST be received prior to an approved enrollment at Manhattan Public Schools.  Again, here's how you can get those to us:
