New Student Enrollment
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT is for all new students enrolling as full-time, part-time, or extra-curricular students. This includes Kindergarten, Approved Out of District, and Students living in the Manhattan School District.
- NEW TO THE DISTRICT FAMILIES
- Complete the Online Registration
- You will be asked to upload the documents listed below during the online registration process.
- EXISTING MPS FAMILIES
- If you currently have a student registered in the Manhattan District you must use your parent portal through INFINITE CAMPUS to register your new student.
- Login - At the home page choose "more" - select "Manhattan Public Schools' Online Registration"
- If you need assistance with your Infinite Campus Login Information, please contact the registrar or school office.
- You will be asked to upload the documents listed below during the online registration process.
Items you will need to upload through the Online-Process.
Birth Certificate
- A copy of your child’s CERTIFIED Birth Certificate issued by the state of birth
- Birth record/acknowledgement given by a hospital is not accepted
Immunization Records
- A copy of your child’s most up-to-date, COMPLETE Immunization Record
- Students must have any missing immunizations completed before the first day of school
Proof of Residency
- Documents accepted for Proof of Residency - Current Utility Bill, Mortgage or Lease agreement/payment receipt.
- Student and legal guardian must live at this address
Legal Court Documents
- Please provide any legal documents you have for your student
- Parenting Plans, DPPHS documents regarding placement/custody/guardianship, etc.
Online Registrations and documents MUST be received prior to an approved enrollment at Manhattan Public Schools. If you are unable to upload these documents:
