Obsolete Property:  A resolution to sell or otherwise dispose of school district property because it is or is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for school purposes of the district was adopted by the Manhattan School District No. 3 Board of Trustees at their regular meeting on June 11, 2024. Any taxpayer may appeal the resolution of the Trustees prior to the effective date of July 3, 2024. Here is a link to the List of Property Items, and it is also available at the district office. Sealed bids for any item should be submitted to:
